Using my 7-Step plan we will co-actively navigate mental barriers, identify your life purpose, seek to clarify the concept of failure, and inject renewed focus. By learning to listen to your mind, body and physical environment you will be able to apply techniques that will in turn lead to having a life-long 'edge'.
